Meditation is a beautiful tool to deepen the connection with yourself. To better hear and understand the communication, with a pure consciousness, from within.
Your true essence. Who you truly are.

Meditation has many physical, psychological and spiritual benefits. Amongst many, meditation helps to:

  • Calm down your nervous system
  • Enhance the quality of sleep
  • Lower the rates of depression, anxiety and physical pain.

No, it’s not necessarily super easy to get up and do it. It’s a discipline. It’s the choice of what standard I want to bring to my day.

It is an amazing tool to deepen the connection with yourself from within. No need for somebody or something outside of you to create the sense of wholeness or self.

The more you practice the more you will peal off the layers of your distractions, and the truth or the essence of who you are, will become clearer.

You might experience being closer to your self and closer to your truth, your essence. You might start to listen and hear your inner voice, the voice of your heart, the voice that will guide you in the right and most fruitful direction, to awaken our freedom and open up to grace and indulgence.

And you might find yourself starting to trust that inner voice. Only you will have the best knowledge and understanding about yourself, what you need and what might be your next step on your path. What will make you blossom as a human being.

And we need to quiet, to be able to listen…

Meditation might give you the power of understanding that the creator in your life is you yourself and the enormous freedom that comes with it. It is not always a very easy insight, with it comes a lot of responsibility, but once you get used to it, it’s wonderful.

It’s love. It’s life and light. It’s expansion.

There are an enormous amount of different techniques and methods on “how to do it”. Maybe you try some different ones, then find your way, give it a proper chance with your full hear. And stick to it.

Allow it to become yours!

When you meditate:

  • Relax and open your heart, open to the greater
  • Don’t expect anything to happen
  • If you judge, don’t judge your judgment..
  • Create a sacred space for you, a quiet space where you feel safe
  • Add some beauty… a candle…some flowers
  • Make it yours!
  • Enjoy!
Moment by moment in the great expanse of meditation we can begin
to bear the unbearable, tolerate the intolerable, breathe through the deepest pain.
Mindfully slowly, we can flush the horror with light, drench the darkest regions
with kindness, illuminate the underworld, where the fearful and feral creatures dwell…
