Psychosynthesis Therapy
Psychosynthesis Therapy
“Self-consciousness involves our being a witness – a pure, objective, loving witness – to what is happening within and without”.
– Roberto Assagioli
Psychosynthesis is a part of a wider movement of psychospiritual development, exploration and enquiry. It’s sometimes called a “transpersonal” approach because it integrates the spiritual aspect of human experience.
The therapy process
A psychotherapy process is a wonderful and intimate moment in life. When somebody chose to lay their life in your hands for a little while. A moment full of love and compassion in a trust-based environment.
In therapy you will go on a deep inner journey to open up for possibilities to see and understand your patterns/ behaviours/ manners with a co-traveller. We work with the conscious and unconscious parts of who you are, we include the body work, we use creative expressions, we will look into sub personalities to make visible which parts of you that you usually allow, and which ones are neglected.
We identify how the world could be if you allowed yourself to express more. We find and we work with your full potential, enabling to express who you truly are.
The gift of a client’s authentic and honest journey
It’s a wonderful gift to be part of a client’s authentic and honest journey.
Usually there are sensations such as lack of meaning, a sense of being stuck, lack of joy for life etc.. To identify, work through and see the change, the spark that appear in the clients eye, to see strength and an urge to step into life again.
To witness the enhancement of life energy, creativity, joy and laughter again. to notice the soul shine through. It’s a wonderful moment and it gives a lot of meaning to my life.
Length of treatment
Usually a client comes once a week for around a year. Sometimes for shorter time and sometimes for longer.
