For millennia the full moon has been a time of harvest, reflection, and release, offering an opportunity to
surrender, let go, and manifest.

In honour of the full moon and the upcoming winter solstice, we will be guiding a symphony of yoga, music, meditation and shamanic inspired healing.

The evening will begin with a warming welcome drink and end with nourishing food and refreshment. Then throughout we will weave together the healing energies of music, movement, meditation and breath to lay the foundations for a journey of reconnection, rejuvenation and reflection.

Join us, Clive Guiver and Charlotte Österberg on this auspicious evening as we unite healing energy with good food and good company on a journey of
discovery.
