Moon cycle 22/5, 2020 – 20/6, 2020: Zen Meditation
A new round of joint meditation.
We meet in the collective space (everybody in their own space but at the same time that’s it!).
We start our meditation at 6am every morning.
We start to count down from 30 to 0.
With each inhale and exhale you count down.
27…exhale …and all the way down to 0.
If you loose track, maybe your mind will wander. No worries, you only restart again.
And when you reach 0, you begin form 30 and so on…
You can sit for 5, 10 or 20 minutes or even an hour.
Better to sit a little while then not to sit at all. Please, set your time.

About Moonlife morning meditation
The Moonlife morning meditation is a joint practice that takes place every morning at 6am. We meet and we meditate together in the collective space. By doing it at the same time, with the same focus, we raise the vibration together! By doing it together, the positive impact on each individual and society is multiplied.
