General Terms and Conditions – Moonlife AB
General
These terms and conditions apply to agreements between Moonlife AB and the person (“Customer”) named in the purchase. The agreement is personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
Retreats: Day and weekend retreats include activities, food, and accommodation (if applicable) as specified at the time of booking.
Group sessions: Any group session, including meditation, yoga, breathwork, are single or recurring activities as specified at the time of purchase.
Individual sessions: Any individual session, including yoga, breathwork, shamanic healing, life journey and therapy sessions) are single or recurring activities as specified at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy
Cancellation period: Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within two (2) days from the time of booking (the “cancellation period”) by notifying Moonlife AB in writing. If the customer exercises this right, the full amount paid will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notice.
Cancellations after the cancellation period:
Retreats and private group sessions: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made later than 7 days before the date are non-refundable.
Open group breathwork and meditation sessions: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the session starts, will be fully refunded. Cancellations made later than 24 hours before the sessions start time are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date.
Individual therapy/breathwork and healing sessions: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the session starts, will be fully refunded. Cancellations made later than 24 hours before the sessions start time ate are non-refundable.
State of Health
Each customer is responsible for ensuring their health condition allows them to participate in the retreat or session activities. Any health concerns must be communicated to Moonlife AB in advance.
Lost Place Due to Non-Payment
If payment is not made at the time of booking, the customer forfeits their place in the retreat or session.
Special Circumstances for Cancellation
Customers unable to attend due to special circumstances should notify Moonlife AB via email (connect@moonlife.se) as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a solution within the framework of our policies.
Special circumstances include but are not limited to:
Illness/injury (requires medical certificate)
Pregnancy (no certificate required)
Relocation for work/military service (requires employer certificate)
Refund conditions:
Notifications received earlier than 7 days before retreats or private group sessions will be fully refunded.
Notifications received later than these periods are non-refundable, and the customer is advised to contact their insurance provider for reimbursement.
Changes to Personal Data
The customer must promptly notify Moonlife AB of any changes to personal details, including name, address, phone number, or email. Moonlife AB is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated information.
Liability for Possessions and Accidents
Moonlife AB is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to the customer’s belongings.
Practical Changes
Moonlife AB reserves the right to adjust schedules, number of sessions, or retreat details. Unless otherwise specified, accommodations for weekend retreats are in shared rooms.
Customer Database
By agreeing to these terms, the customer consents to the registration and processing of personal data by Moonlife AB in accordance with GDPR. Customer data is used solely to provide and manage services and is not shared with third parties unless required.
Payment
By confirming the booking, the customer completes a payment with the total amount specified via Swish 1236987945 to Moonlife AB.
Other Payer
If a third party assumes payment responsibility and fails to complete payments, the customer is jointly and severally liable for the outstanding amount.
